Darla Terrell Williams

Today we interviewed Aariana’s Valdez about her and the girls varsity basketball team. We started off by asking what first inspired her to start playing the game of basketball she said she was watching an NBA game and decided to give it a try, even though not being the tallest she stayed with it. My next question was if what are her thoughts on this years basketball team. She states the have gotten a lot better and can keep getting better as the season progresses. Her top motivation for her to keep playing is her family especially her grandfather, she adds that he is always looking forward to all of the games and her dad is the one that continues to push her. Aariana is also three sport varsity athlete who plays two sports at once. Her plans for senior year and after graduation is to get plenty of scholarships and play soccer at the next level.
