I am excited to introduce our students to the world of journalism with our new student newspaper: The Anchor.  It’s going to be a learning process for all of us, but I hope to bring some strong writers to UIL competition while showcasing what RFHS has to offer.  I am a graduate of the University of North Texas and hold certifications in English, Journalism, and Special Education.  My husband and I moved here three years ago as a result of the COVID pandemic.  It’s been a wonderful three years and we look forward to many more. It’s always a great day to be a PIRATE!
